• A tested emergency number during trips, and a named person responsible
• Written cancellation and refund terms, price basis, inclusions and exclusions
• Recent group departures on this route, with evidence
• Review pages we can link to (Google Business Profile, Tripadvisor) — we never copy ratings or reviews
• A signed agreement on how enquiries are answered, how travellers' details may be used, and any fees
• Registered as a travel trade business with the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board
• Registers every traveller and vehicle for the yatra on the state's registration portal
• Doesn't sell Kedarnath helicopter tickets — those are booked only on IRCTC HeliYatra
• Fitness and altitude advice before booking, and a first-aid trained leader on the trek
• Says how ponies, palkis and porters are arranged and paid for
• Departures only in the temple's open season, with a plan for landslides and road closures
