Trip Partners · for agencies
List your group trips on TravelTycoons
We're starting with Kedarnath and Char Dham yatra, and Kashmir snow trips and skiing. We list an agency only after checking everything below, so applying doesn't guarantee a listing. Listing terms, including any fees, are agreed in writing before you're listed.
What we check
Kedarnath and Char Dham yatra
- Legal name, address and GSTIN, checked on the GST portal
- Tourism registration: the state registration below, and Ministry of Tourism approval where they hold it
- Public liability insurance covering the trips they sell
- A tested emergency number during trips, and a named person responsible
- Written cancellation and refund terms, price basis, inclusions and exclusions
- Recent group departures on this route, with evidence
- Review pages we can link to (Google Business Profile, Tripadvisor) — we never copy ratings or reviews
- A signed agreement on how enquiries are answered, how travellers' details may be used, and any fees
- Registered as a travel trade business with the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board
- Registers every traveller and vehicle for the yatra on the state's registration portal
- Doesn't sell Kedarnath helicopter tickets — those are booked only on IRCTC HeliYatra
- Fitness and altitude advice before booking, and a first-aid trained leader on the trek
- Says how ponies, palkis and porters are arranged and paid for
- Departures only in the temple's open season, with a plan for landslides and road closures
